Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

YGO Display (数码菜单) is a trading name of Y-GO DIGITAL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 12510772). Registered office: 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG. Contact: hello@ygodisplay.co.uk.

2. Quotes and orders

A quote is valid for 30 days. You accept it by replying in writing or by using the order form on our website. We then send you an invoice, which confirms your order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown are the full price. Payment is by bank transfer only, to the details on your invoice, within 7 days. Nothing is processed or dispatched until your payment has cleared.

4. Delivery

UK mainland delivery is included. Delivery to other areas is quoted separately. Please check your goods when they arrive and tell us about any damage or missing items within 48 hours.

5. Installation

We do not install screens. You are responsible for mounting your screen safely, for its power supply, and for using a competent fitter.

6. Returns

You may return goods within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us first. You pay the return postage, and a restocking fee may apply.

7. Warranty

Screen hardware has a 12-month warranty. It does not cover damage caused by installation, accidents or misuse.

8. CMS software

Your first year of CMS is included with each screen kit. After that, you renew as invoiced. You can cancel with 30 days' notice by email. You are responsible for making sure everything shown on your screens is accurate, including prices and allergen information.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid under the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when we invoice you applies to your order.
